1. General Shipping Info

1. Shipping address should be input in English without any special symbols to help the courier company recognize your address in the system. We will ship according to the shipping address you provided,please double-check that your address is entered correctly before completing your payment to avoid parcel loss.
2. If you need to cancel or altered an order,please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after payment. To avoid complications, please carefully review your shopping cart before completing checkout.
3. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving confirmation ( Except weekends and official Chinese holidays).
NOTE:For products that are in stock, they are usually shipped the day after the order is placed and transported to our courier partners, so there is an extra 1 to 2 days lead time.
4. All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
5. With standard courier practice, you need to check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can’t be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
 

2.Tracking Information

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view the order status on the “My Account” page.
Or you can use the logistics tracking number you received by email to check the logistics status on this website – 17track.
 

3.Shipping Method

Worldwide Shipping
We generally ship to North America, Southeast Asia and continental Europe. You can choose the corresponding shipping method on the checkout page. If you are not sure whether it can be shipped to your country, you can contact order@chelegance.com.
 
Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and also the shipping method you choose. The easiest way is to put items you want into shopping cart, then when you move to “check out” page, you can see shipping methods, shipping cost and also payment method.
 
Delivery Time
Transportation times vary depending on the logistics provider.
If your order is shipped by Express Shipping(DHL,UPS,FedEX), the shipping time is about one week.
If your order is shipped by Postal Service, the shipping time is about 15-30 days (or even faster).
NOTE:If logistics are not updated for a long time, this is usually because the post office has not synchronized the logistics track. You can send us an email to inquire, we will communicate with the post office for you and then provide you with the latest logistics information.
 

4.Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our standard terms are DAP (Delivered at Place). Customers are responsible for entry fees, duties, taxes, inspection fees, and storage fees upon delivery. In the event that a shipment is returned due to the customer’s failure to provide required customs information, timely clearance, or other related reasons, all associated return shipping costs and additional fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that even for orders with free shipping, the initial outbound shipping costs will also be charged to the customer in case of a return.
Note: Once the package is shipped, we are not liable for any extra charges. If customers refuse to pay these fees, return shipping and additional costs will be deducted from the order, with any remaining balance refunded.
