WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
General Terms
- All Chelegance products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt, guaranteeing they are free from defects.
- To return a product under any circumstances, contact Chelegance to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be processed.(contact us)
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
- For products purchased from our authorized dealers, please contact the dealer for support.
7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
Returns are possible within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product, subject to the following conditions:
- Return must be authorized by Chelegance (RMA obtained).
- The product must be unused.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product, using the original payment method.
Defective Products
If you encounter any issues with your product, please:
- Describe the problem and provide photos or videos to Chelegance.(contact us)
- Chelegance will offer technical support to help resolve the issue.
- If Chelegance confirms the product is defective and requires a return, we will provide RMA guidelines. The product should be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the RMA guidelines. There are two options for handling such returns:
- Upon receiving the returned product, Chelegance will dispatch a replacement or repaired product within 10-13 days, with shipping costs covered by Chelegance.
- Option for a refund after return and inspection.
Exceptions to Warranty Coverage
Our 12-month warranty does not extend to products that exceed the warranty period. It also excludes coverage for issues arising from accidental damage, misuse or abuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by environmental factors. This ensures that our warranty focuses on protecting you against inherent product defects under standard usage conditions.
