Shipping Costs
We offer shipping costs calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. Specific shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Areas
We can generally ship to North America, Southeast Asia and continental Europe. If you would like to inquire about the availability of shipping to a specific location you are also welcome to email us and ask.
Delivery Time
Transportation times vary depending on the logistics provider.
  • If your order is shipped by UPS/DHL/FedEx, the shipping time is about one week.
  • If your order is shipped by WM (China logistics provider)/USPS/China post, the shipping time is about 15-30 days (or even faster).
  • If logistics are not updated for a long time, this is usually because the post office has not synchronized the logistics track. You can send us an email to inquire, we will communicate with the post office for you and then provide you with the latest logistics information.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving confirmation (Except weekends).
*For products that are in stock, they are usually shipped the day after the order is placed and transported to our courier partners, so there is an extra 1 to 2 days lead time.
