Super portable antenna kit that can be set up within 5 mins/person – perfect for field operation.
- open the bag
- These are all the parts you can find in the kit
- screw the 2 set of brass connectors into the antenna base. there are many slots on the antenna base that you can choose to mount in, in order to make the DP antenna to different angles
- connect the tripod adapter and the antenna base together, and then mount it to the tripod(doesn’t come with the antenna kit
- insert the balun
- assemble the aluminum arms and the whip antennas. for each side –
- 2 aluminum arms -> coil -> whip antenna
- put the antenna into the rotating arm kits
- connect the coaxial cable to the balun(coaxial cable does not come with the kit); check the vswr/ smith chart from a vna/antenna analyser.you are all set! let’s do some DXs!
